A recruiter contacted me and I had an in-person interview then a case study/role play. In the end, they wanted a different skill set (PR not HR) and they were pretty righteous about it. I don't think they are organized enough for the US market and I am still not sold on their borderline racist premise. I was very polite but didn't follow up for next steps.
