I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at River Island (Manchester, England) in Mar 2015
Interview
We were left waiting for the interviewers who were late, then asked to stand and introduce ourselves one by one and give an example of when we received good customer service. Next we got quizzed on River Island history. Then we were asked to do various exercises in pairs and small groups as the interviewers walked around watching us and making notes. We each then filled in an availability sheet and we were told the interview was over. Since I haven't been contacted in over a month I'm guessing I didn't get the job.

Interview
My interview was done online with an ai bot who asks you questions. I answered them but I don’t think the questions are the same for everyone. But I did my best and in my opinion interviews online is better than face to face.
