I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at River Island (London, England) in Jun 2012
Interview
Hiring required a standard online application followed by a group interview with around 7/8 other prospective candidates. Standard competency questions and some situational. Candidates who spoke out confidently but were not overbearing did well. The ability to show passion about the industry and knowledge of the company helped. Reading about online blogs or upcoming seasonal trends helped improve chances of being hired.
