Bias interview process. Here's a bad retail job interview review:
The interview process was a complete waste of time. The interviewer seemed completely uninterested and unprepared. They asked generic questions and didn't seem to care about my qualifications or experience. The whole thing felt rushed and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking for a job

Interview
Relaxed chat with the store manager in store. Had some time to pick out an outfit first and pretty much sell it to the manager like you would a customer, explain why you've picked what you've picked, just to show you're able to talk to customers I guess not a fashion expert! Asked about times I've dealt with difficult customers/situations, what good customer service looks like etc. Under 45 minutes and heard back by the end of the week!
