very fun and active, you got to work within groups and new people which is useful for the career! the one on one interview was very relaxed but formal! it helped me devop the confidence i use today to interact with new customers and give the best service possible and present the store in my customer service skills

I applied online and took me less than a week to get a response.You will get an email to go to an assessment centre where you will find other candidates to the position. You should go dress as river island look. Than you have to talk about yourself. They will put you in a group where you have to talk about a situation. It is very important you listen to your colleagues and encourage them to have initiative
