A long, disorganized, inflexible and bumbling mess. I was subjected to a long multistage process all so they could go with a candidate that they’d more or less already chosen anyway. My interview was done remotely but this isn’t an option for me to choose.

What would you consider to be a weakness of yours?
Straight forward, job history, job knowledge questions. Asked about work history mostly. Not very involved. Offer was made next day. Quick turn around. Only 1 interview and there was no phone screening.
