I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Rivkin Radler (Uniondale, NY)
Interview
There were 3 attorneys to interview me for the role but offered no explanation into the role, Seemed to not have even read my resume prior to my arrival. Harped on proper billing and put down one of the associate attorneys that were interviewing me for their inadequate billing practices in the past. Truly do not think they wanted to be interviewing someone. After the interview they ghosted me despite following up with them immediately after with Thank you emails and following up with HR.

Question 1
Would I prefer writing to litigating if I was chosen.
Truthfully I enjoyed my interview. I met with two partners who had to be the nicest partners I’ve ever met. In my life (MY LIFE) - no exaggeration. They spoke about the position, the practice group, and the firm’s morale. Great experience.
