Roaring Springs Waterpark interview questions

I was in a panel with like 15 other employees. The questions were asked to everybody and anybody who raised their hands were able to answers the questions. I raised my hand alot and i think that helped them to get to know me and ultimately give me an offer.

It is usually a group interview in front of a few members of the aquatic leadership team. They ask very basic job questions and either will go in a line or will take volunteers to answer. The whole process takes about 30 minutes and is very laid back. As a supervisor who used to interview guards, try to dress somewhat nice, participate and answer questions, and look like you're having a good time. It's pretty likely you'll get the job
