Interviewed via telephone. Was told about how the brokerage works. Was asked about my experience in the industry. Interview took about twenty minutes. The interview was very relaxed and chill.
I drove to south FL and met w team leader and was hired immediately. He just spoke about RS expectations etc. This is commission only career so just needed to prove worth after.
You must watch their 20 training video before the phone interview but the video was very detailed and gave a lot of great info on the company and answers a lot of questions you may have about the company. The phone interview was brief but to the point, breaking down the commission structure and how everything works.
