Robot Creative interview questions

Was given a sheet of paper to match fonts with a name. Also was asked to write down code and draw a design for a fictional business (hopefully they didn't just interview for ideas). However, I did find out they contacted a few of the businesses I worked with to sell them some SEO and marketing packages. The job was never filled and remained posted for well over 2yrs so part of me thinks it was a way to get new prospective clients and ideas. Just be wary to have your past clients contacted or ones your past jobs worked with.

The initial hiring process begins with a creative exercise. They give you a sheet of paper with a box, and you're told to fill it. There's no other instructions aside from that. Next they require you to look over a couple of paragraphs and edit it to it's simplest form. They follow this up with a more structured interview with the manager and director. The second interview consisted of a group interview with the entire office. A bit intimidating but overall a good "get to know you" experience.
