The process was very straightforward. I applied online on LinkedIn, where I got a message from the managing director in regards to scheduling a phone interview. The phone interview itself was great, comprising of questions in regards to my school work and previous experience. After the phone interview, they got back to me with a job offer. Even though I had some issues working this position into my schedule, the managing director made worked with me and made accommodations. Overall, a great interview process.
