Had a couple of phone interviews. Was brought in for F2F interview and one of VP/ main interviewers weren't there. They could've rescheduled but instead I had to drive back a second time to downtown office to finally interview with one of the founders. It was inconsiderate to take up half of my day twice considering I have a full-time job. C-level seemed to be a know-it-all about an industry (telecom) he never worked in, just because he has read a couple of textbooks about it. No offers - don't think they could've afforded the salary I was seeking being they're a startup.
