I had a series of 4 30 -45 minute meetings with the 2 -3 people per conversation. The recruiter does a good job of preparing you for the questions the team is supposed to ask...however the interview panel clearly does not read that communication nor stick to the script. I send a pre-read document given the short amount of time and the extensive list of topics ro be covered that no one read prior to our conversations. I had an in person final meeting with the hiring manager.
