The interview process was quite unsatisfactory. The HR team could certainly improve their organization and demonstrate greater respect for candidates' time. I believe HR serves as a reflection of a company's culture, and unfortunately, Rocket Learning falls short in this regard. To make matters worse, the Hiring manager went MIA after guiding me to the final stage of the process. The most disappointing aspect, however, is that despite the co-founders being well-connected in the early learning space, they seem to avoid hiring from peer organizations. This not only deprives brilliant talent from these organizations of valuable opportunities but is ultimately Rocket Learning's loss, as they miss out on highly capable and experienced professionals.
