I had 4 rounds of interviews: one with the TA team, one with the co-founder, a team meeting with the PM and Customer Success member, and then another meeting with the co-founder. Overall, it was a great experience and the process was clear. I liked their approach of asking about the problems/projects they're currently working on rather than presenting hypothetical problem statements. However, this came with a caveat: there was limited context provided, and the interviewers had much more background information than I did. They expected accurate answers despite this knowledge gap, which felt somewhat unfair – or perhaps I simply didn't perform well. :) I also felt that having prior experience with ads would have helped in better understanding their business.

I had a quick interview with HR, the next one with a fellow Product Manager, the next one was a case study and then an onsite final interview with the Co-founder.
