I went through a three-part interview over the course of two days. The first was a "get to know me" interview with the manager to explain the position, the company history, and to see if I was a match for the company. The manager was super nice and down to earth. She explained the pay structure & promotion opportunity. There was a lot of information but she gave me a pamphlet with the essential information which was great. The second interview was a shadowing interview so I really got to see what they do on a day to day basis. The final interview was basically to accept or deny the job.

Very easy! They ask you some questions to get to know you in the first interview and don't tell you anything about the actual job. They make it seem like its something bigger than what it really is, which is door to door sales. All the positions in this company are door to door sales jobs. During the second interview which takes a couple of hours they actually tell you about the door to door "part" of the job.
