      Senior Project Manager Interview

      Apr 2, 2026
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Rodale Institute in Mar 2026

      Interview

Applying for the role and scheduling the interview were easy tasks. Several interview questions were generic. I was hoping for more questions tailored towards specific interest in my resume. Some of the questions I asked about the role responsibilities, projects, and goals were answered with admitted uncertainty. For an introductory interview, I would have liked an overview regarding the priority projects the role would support or at least examples of project areas to better understand the role and mutually assess fit with that added context. Interviewer was polite and volunteered information about benefits which sound nice. Interviewer also followed up with a status update on the process, as promised, which I really appreciated.
