Interview
It’s pretty easy. You just need to sit with them. They will ask you some questions what doesn’t really matter. They will hire you anyway. RODÍZIO Grill usually hires everyone that goes there for a job.
The interview process was pretty simple. They asked if you have any serving or customer service experience. They also ask about your knowledge of fine dining and Brazilian cuisine. Be prepared to know different cuts of steaks, different wine pairings, and how you would respond in situations with difficult customers.
