It was very thorough. There were 3 interview stages. They included current employees, direct manager and the president of the company. Each interview stage was 30-60 minutes long, very conversational and welcoming.

All Phone conversations, of course this was prior to everything being on camera, Spoke with HR, then the Hiring manager for the market. Then with the President as the final call to make sure I was good to go.
