I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Roll7
Interview
Long and repetitive.
The heads of the company seemed fun and engaged. However, the interview with the directors was very different. They continued inside jokes during the interview, seemed deeply uninterested, and overall body language was negative from the start.

Interview
The communication wasn’t great when the person organising was off, zero contact was made. The process was very long and didn’t feel totally engaging. I was interrupted a lot during the interview which came across really strange - I don’t think it was intended but something from a candidate that didn’t look good.

Question 1
Asked a lot about current/previous company and how they do things
I really don't know where to begin with this company worst experience I've ever in countered. The assistant is clearly in capable of organising an interview or hasn't a clue what is going on. Then a week later letting me know the role has been filled but the role has still been advertised still for the past few weeks on varies sites . In the gaming industry reputation is everything going by this I WOULD NOT recommend anyone to apply. Sort out your Assistant or get someone that knows how to schedule interviews properly not just pick random day to have an interview without confirming with the candidate that it's OK to interview or have a range of times and days that could possibly suit both sides.
Stop messing good talented candidates around.
