Interview carried out by Senior manager of the company. Mostly questioned on why I am leaving the current working company. They interested on High performers club initiative that current company started and its process. They have satisfied with interview but not given right position which can be admirable for joining.

Interview
HR Screening interview is followed by interview by the Reporting Manager. On clearing, the Director/VP screens the candidate. The final clearance is through a brief interview by the BU Head/President.

One of the smoothest experiences. Be honest and your chances increase. Avoid criticism and stick to your strengths. Don't harp about things you know less. An internal reference is generally preferred for interview and subsequent hiring if found suitable.
