The interview process goes like this -
1. Initial phone screening
2. Take home challenge
3. Multiple subsequent rounds depending on your level.
The HR that spoke to me was very kind and asked me basic questions about myself.
The thing that really got to me was the take home challenge - the instructions are not very clear.

Interview
It was in 2017, it was great, talked to the CEO, then interviewed 2 coding questions with an engineer. Afterwards, I talked to the CEO again and they were happy to move to next stage, however, I had another offer before then.
