Very conformatble, challenging and engaging. Not at all intimidating. The interviewer was patient and keen to hear what I had to say. Make sure to research the company, the rivals and about the founder Mr. Ronson. Preferably to read his autobiography as this gives a feeling for the history and ambition behind the company.
