Introductory phone call with someone from the HR department, followed by an interview with option for Zoom or in person. Received a call from HR a couple of weeks later.

An hour long with three people interview with staff in different roles. Interview will consist of questions about your knowledge about harm reduction, low barrier work, comfort level with being in members’ homes, and behavioral/situational interview questions.
