Easy flow, intriguing questions, and information. The manager was very kind and welcoming when interviewing, he kept it short but meaningful. They value experience and expertise as it is more on the finer dining side of the restaurant industry.

They asked me to describe my favorite dish in explicit detail.
Regular questions like how to handle stressful situations, how would you handle issues with customers, related to allergies, misunderstandings.
What’s your goal, and how to do you see yourself
Then a test to determine your knowledge about drinks
