The man who interviewed me was late, kept answering the phone and put extra emphasis on my religion which was wildly inappropriate. The interview was then critiquing the freelancer's work and I had to make it clear that I had a hard stop at the end of the interview. Also mentioned there were no benefits and that I would have to report to the office (in the middle of a pandemic). I felt the whole process was inappropriate and uncomfortable.
