The process consisted of 2 phone calls and one in-person interview, taking place in their central office. An offer was made the following day. I was interview by 3 people on all occasions. Everyone involved was very professional.

Met at a Career Fair and interviewed with a professional interviewer with a set group of questions. They wanted me to come to the corporate office to do a round table kind of "Speed Dating" interviewing process with each of the project teams which seemed interesting.
