Interview
The interview process was pretty standard, nothing took me off guard. They will present a series of customer service scenarios for you to solve. Be prepared for customer service to be the focus of 90% of the interview. A mouth swab drug test will be done during the interview.

"We have hired a lot of line cooks and back-of-house cooks from restaurants in the past. A lot of them have had issues with getting into the habit of looking up and acknowledging customers that come up to the counter or talking to them. How good are you at acknowledging and speaking with customers in a friendly manner, especially while in a stressful environment?

Interview
I had to interview 3 time's and call in multiple times to get the job. It is a very popular place for highschool and entry level workers to apply so it can be tough at first but be persistent.
