I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Rotolo's Pizzeria (Baton Rouge, LA) in Feb 2019
Interview
I filled out the application online and was called in to interview 3 days later. I went in and waited for a manager. Wasn't much of an interview, I was asked two questions and got hired on the spot.
Very easy, simple questions. Have smile and know how to speak well. I think that is depends on the manager on how hard the interview is. Having prior serving experience is not necessary.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Rotolo's Pizzeria (Carencro, LA) in Sep 2018
Interview
There was no interview for this position. I had a friend that worked there that helped me get the job. The manager asked if I had experience, which I did not.
