One phone interview followed by in person interview. After having phone interview the manager said he is planning to schedule in person interview. One week passed and no follow up. So I approached the HR and for his surprise he asked how come no one approached for next steps. Then they came back to schedule it 2 weeks later. There were back to back 8 people interviewing me for 2.5 hours. Everyone was having different expectations for the considered position. Finally after a week they replied me they have suitable role.

The interview process was very chill. they asked about school and talked about the company values and what position I would be filling. they’re a growing company that has great potential for some.
Adam Kelley described a great work place environment in which I thought I would be a great fit. I was asked about my experience in industry and academic research as a chemical engineer. The interviewer, suggested I follow up.
