Interview process was very short. Did not describe the scope of work and expectations. Job description was very vague. HR didn’t even know salary expectations, just mentioned that if I had another round of interview I would have more clarity.

Interview
Despite the bad reviews, I agreed to a video interview screening wondering if they had have new management, restructure or some explanation. I was sat alone at the interview, ghosted, and nobody from the company sent over any explanation or apology.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Royal Media Group (New York, NY)
Interview
Even though I had more than one interview, they never had the decency to get back to me and tell me I didn't get the role. Being unemployed is hard. We spend days preparing for an interview. The least a company can do is reply back and notify whether or not they are moving forward after interviewing. I understand that it's impossible to get back to every person after an application, but if someone spends their time interviewing with you, you should at least get back to those candidates. Very unprofessional.
