English Written test as in two pages in essay format, as this is company is involved in international business. And then personal interview. Written and spoken English should be good.

Interview
It comprises of Writing test to check your grammar, followed by Profile Explanation.
If you qualify both those, then there’s a final interview with the Director where will ask the questions related to your work background and how do you fit in the work profile.
