Interview
I was brought in to meet with the CEO. He met with me for about 30 minutes to get to know me and learn about my previous experience. He was very open and honest about the challenges the company was facing and wanted to make sure I was up to the challenge. He then brought in the two VPs to meet with me and go over more specific work history and solutions I've used for similar challenges.
