The interview process was great. The director called me in for an interview a few days after I sent in my application. We met on campus and he gave me an interview in the administration offices. We chatted about experiences with kids, my hobbies, and how I would make a positive impact on the camp environment. Once the interview was over we continued with a camp tour. It was a great start to a great job.
