I was hired through Campus placement, they conducted Group Discussions and then Technical rounds, the process was straightforward. There is no clarity regarding what position you will get to work. So better to ask when you get chance.

Interview process was very good.It had 3 rounds. 1st. HR round, where in you are asked to describe yourself 2nd.Technical round, where in your asked one technical question 3rd.Final round, you are asked why do you are interested in this job.
