Simple process, applied through college, they shortlist student and directly call for interview to shortlisted student. They ask you about why you selected your engineering stream, interviews are very friendly

it was quiet average than expected ,the panel made you at ease, first asks what you know and brainstorm on it, they do ask on your strength and weaknesses and how can you overcome weaknesses

Interview
there were three rounds:
1) aptitude test
2) face to face technical interview
3) HR round
First round was very easy ,they had asked very simple question based on logical and arithmetic problems then second round was technical interview in which whatever they asked I told everything except one or two qstn. My interview was very good but however they have selected only those students who were in top 6 in first round .still I am thinking what I did wrong ...perhaps those student who were not much technical got selected for hr round.
