Walked into a building that was separate from the restaurant into an office. The interview started late and was over quickly, perhaps they saw that I wasn't a fit but didn't feel warm. The whole experience felt old school. Asked the standard questions about my availability, why I want to leave current job and work there, size of current wine list, average price of bottles sold, etc.
