Two interviewers asked dull, pre-written questions. They didn't comment or challenge anything that I said. The whole process didn't really feel like a conversation, it felt more like an interrogation. They let me know weeks later that I didn't get the summer trainee job. I was not told any reasoning.
The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Ruukki (Helsinki, Southern Finland)
Interview
During the application period, contact details were given for more information on position, with time and date IT manager will be expecting calls - however phone number was incorrect. Or fake.
I got invitation to online video interview more than one month after application period was closed. It was just basic screening interview with questions about motivation, skills and interests. It was silent for a long time until I got automatic mail with refusal. My profile 100% corresponded and even exceeded requirements listed, but no comments given about reasons.
Overall time - 4 months. Very strong feeling position was opened only because it required by law, when company has known all along whom to hire and so - waste of time for applicants (usual case in Finland).
