It was a very disappointing interview experience. The interviewer was late and displayed unprofessional behavior throughout the process. During the interview, I was surprised by how abruptly she started the conversation. She asked me to share my screen to show my past work, but when I attempted to clarify if she was interested in my graphic design projects, she abruptly shouted, “I want to see your backend work.” This left me genuinely confused, as I wasn’t sure what kind of backend work she expected for an e-commerce role. This was the first time I’ve experienced such behavior in an interview, and it led me to end the online meeting abruptly. If she couldn't offer me the same respect I showed her as an interviewee, I can’t imagine working for an employer with such a poor attitude.
