Interview
Very disappointing communication with the Education Director, Alli Rogers. I was very surprised that someone leading the education of this nature center would not be able to communicate effectively or politely. I found Alli Rogers to be unpleasant and unhelpful. She seemed inconvenienced to have to talk with me.

What drew you to the Environmental Educator position?

Interview
Easy, laid-back interview process to the point of borderline unprofessional. President was very late to the interview. Had to restate everything I just answered with the Vice President a second time once the President finally did arrive. Mostly discussed previous experience. Extremely slow and frustrating process. Finally went in a second time for a working interview with the responsibility to lead a scheduled lesson plan. Except the activity I was given and had prepared for was changed last minute, just as I got there. Was told I would have a response in two weeks... Never heard from them again. Followed up with the President again, with still no response. Sick of these companies that do not have the decency to let the interviewee know they did not get the position. They are just as bad and unprofessional as the rest of them!
