The interview process consisted of three 1 hour interviews with a variety of questions about my experience and what I could bring to the role. We talked about what the day to day would look like and what goals the company was looking to accomplish.

Interview
There were multiple hour long interviews that were all with the same person and he asked the same questions. It was draining and unproductive. I would not have wanted to work for this company.
