Interviewer rude, disrespectful, unappreciative and setting poor example of leadership. Perhaps also egoistic. A good leader would recognize the strengths not just the weaknesses of candidates since no one is all good neither all lousy and look to try adjusting the resource distribution plan to tap all the strengths needed which will bring the company additional success rather than jumping to strike people off.
Most concerning, failing to open up or listen to different but winning business strategy for the private sector as well as another strategy for both the private and public sectors, found through experiences with certain competitors, that have led to higher sales and sustainable deals . Expecting only talk on cost-cutting, non-strategic technology offerings and other usual but eventually unsustainable deal-clenching measures seen in experiences with the other competitors. Not even given a chance to share partnering and negotiation experiences on contracts.
Will not be surprising if staff below are pushing around work and blame else leaving given the difficult or unrealistic targets otherwise poor people management.
Some of the above points are already mentioned in other recent Glassdoor reviews from former and current employees.
However, the HR is commendable for being professional within their means.
Anyway, I have only started looking for a job a month ago but now got an offer elsewhere which badly needs and appreciates what I can contribute yet more tolerant to my shortcomings.
