S&S Activewear interview questions

Quick and easy process, i interviewed with two people and they asked about how I feel about manual database work. What were my excel skills, Asked about communication skills and working within a team.

At first I was impressed with how quickly the interviews went as some companies spend a week or two between interviews. I had a recruiter screening, an interview with the hiring manager and then a meeting with the HMs manager. All went super well, in the final interview she went over benefits with me and it seemed like I had it locked down. She said they'd let me know the next day... Turns out both the people making the decision were OOO that day. Why say you'd make the decision that day if you knew you were both OOO? This all happened over 2 weeks ago, I've followed up with the recruiter twice and only received an answer once so they're doing the new fun employee fad of ghosting after the final interview. Cruel, especially to unemployed people really hoping for a job.
