It was a 4 steps process:
1. Interview with RRHH to see the profile
2. Technical test to do a little project
3. Interview with the tech lead
4. Interview with the client
In every step the process was explained and the feedback was very good, also the technical questions were interesting and complex. Also, they were open to question with a good answer and good attitude
