Fue un proceso de selección bastante retador, donde tuve que poner a prueba todos mis conocimientos y habilidades a nivel personal y profesional, pero mas que todo me reto y motivo a confiar en mis propias capacidades, a estar segura de mí misma, para así, ser capaz de demostrar que cuento con las habilidades requeridas para el cargo, y en general, en mi rol como psicóloga. Y aunque llegue al final del proceso pero por diferentes circunstancia no fue posible continuar, agradezco la oportunidad y el aprendizaje.

The process began with a brief questionnaire about my theoretical orientation, knowledge of performance psychology, motivations to be part of the company and english level. After that, the cultural interview was conducted and I had the opportunity to know more about the company's principles and the role I was applying. The next step was a little conversation to test my english level, right after I had a technical task based on a hyphothetical case, and finally I had an assessment where we talk about the task.

It was a process of about 2 months. First I had a individual interview, then I was asked to solve a case and send my answers and the last round was a group interview.
