Describe a time when you had to handle a difficult situation and how did you handle it?
You come into the stadium and go upstairs. You wait for your name to be called and then go into a room with different employees. They ask you questions about customer service and fans. They also ask you different scenarios and how you would handle them.

I applied online for the Super Bowl at Metlife Stadium. A day or two later I got a call asking me to come in for an interview. There were so many people being interviewed on my day that I was brought in with two other candidates to be interviewed by one person. It was very easy and laidback.
