I was very excited to interview for this position when I got the call back. My interview was scheduled The day before, I received an email canceling it because the position had already been filled. I don't quite understand why initial interviews would be scheduled once a candidate or a few candidates are nearly through the process. I found this very upsetting and like I never got my chance.
