Interview
Have a 10 mins short paper test about SQL and Unix Shell commands.
Then immediately have a 1 to 1 interview. Just simply introduce yourself and answer 3-5 simple questions. Very simple for a IT major graduate.
Then the interviewer will describe the job role.
