SALT Branding Associate Creative Director interview questions

Met with interviewer / founder in a closed room for about 1 hour. Briefly informed me my portfolio and experience were not relevant topics and wanted to get to know me and see if there was a personality fit. Interviewer did not want to see my work. Asked inappropriate personal questions which were clearly because of my gender.
