Very fast. They do not want you to do any research on the company. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY unless you like to be miserable. I have worked for major manufacturers in the past. This was the worst company I have ever worked for. One person caused this issue, and within 3 months the sales team went from a great opportunity to...run as far and as fast as you can.
